  5. The Dado Stack should be set up with the larger scoring blades on the outside and the chipper blades on the inside. The chipper blades are either 1/8th or 1/16th wide and allow you to set the Dado to a specific width. Ensure the blades are all staggered evenly so teeth will always be in contact with the wood.
