The eye wash can be located in the back of the AFL facing the chemical drawer.

Ensure that you have a bucket positioned underneath the nozzle depicted in the left image

By locating and pulling the handle of the eye wash (depicted in the last image) down, the eye wash station will automatically turn on.

Allow the water to drain through the nozzle into the bucket for a minute before closing the latch.

Sign your name and date of completed maintenance on the sheet located above the eye wash
