v1.1

Minor Versionm

by Daniel Nicholai Kassman

Introduction

There are two blowers inside machine (if ever needed to do first time setup again), the filter automatically switches on and off for whenever the machine starts and stops a job, but can be changed to manual control if needed.

All of the required maintenance is located in the user manual, which is in the cabinet next to the Epilog.

  1. The Filtrabox Expand is the exhaust system for the Epilog. Over time it accumulates dust from cutting/engraving and needs to be cleared out. To do this, turn off both the Epilog and the Filtrabox, and then start taking off the straps on the Filtrabox. There are four compression straps that need to be loosened on the Filtrabox, two on each side.

    • Once they are loose enough, unhook the straps and lift the top off of the Filtrabox.

    • DO NOT open the filtrabox for cleaning inside! Use proper PPE and clean/replace filters in a VERY well ventilated area.

  2. Make sure to wear a KN95 mask or PAPR once the top is removed.

    • Now you can clear out the Filtrabox. There are two levels of filters, and the bottom level is the two blowers inside of the machine.

    • Any and all other inquires about the Filtrabox should be directed to the user manual which is located in the cabinet next to the Epilog.
