  2. Before granulating anything, you should verify that the last user has cleaned out the granulator to reduce cross contamination. Unscrew the two screws on the front and the granulator chute should be able to pivot so that the blades are accessible. Also release the lever on the front so that the bottom container is released.

    • Once it fills up substantially, you will want to empty it into a large plastic bag before continuing.

    • Clean out the granulator basin by repeating Step 2.

    • Return the granulator to its storage location.

    • Clean up any mess made by the granulating process.
