  1. Check the Octoprint interface to see if the printhead and build plate has cooled down, proceed only when the build plate is at room temperature Remove the flexplate by lifting at the two flanges

    • Remove the flexplate by lifting at the two flanges

    • Rest your thumb on the edge of the build platform and twist upward using your index fingers as a lever

  2. Flex the build plate and the prints should pop right off
    • Flex the build plate and the prints should pop right off

    • If the print is not coming off, you can use the red spatula to release the edges of the part

    • Wipe towers, wipe walls or support material will need to be removed from the print

    • Wipe towers and walls can usually be pulled off by hand

    • Use pliers to pinch support material until it releases from the model

    • Use a pick for any leftover support material

    • Throw out any sacrificial material

    • Clean the build plate with IPA

    • Dry with a paper towel or cloth

    • Place the clean build plate back on the print platform

    • Be sure to align all sides of the plate to the build volume
