    • Congratulations! By now, you have all the training you need to be considered a technician in the AFL!

    • Take care to know all of the materials available for each machine, and the machine's limitations

    • This is very useful for customers who know WHAT they want, but not HOW to make it

    • Bridging that gap for customers is one of the most important parts of being a fully-fledged technician

    • Being able to give thorough and engaging tours naturally follows this

    • Walk through the lab with a tech or above as they give you a mock tour.

    • Give a tour to a TS or above.

    • Schedule a PDM with an AFL LC.

    • Answer these questions as if you were speaking to a high school senior- in many instances during tours, you will be!
