Using Polysmooth Filament

Print settings for Polysmooth:

Nozzle temp: 215C

Bed temp: 60C

Plug in Polysher

Open the machine through the on screen controls

Remove the IPA cover in the back corner of the machine

Fill the reservoir with IPA

Reassemble the machine

Remove supports from your model

Open the Polysher and place your model on the raised platform

Set the time you want to polish your model for. 10 minutes is a good starting point.

When you are done smoothing the part, open the Polysher and allow your part to fully dry for at least 30 minutes, if not longer, before removing it from the platform so you don't get fingerprints in the smoothed surface.
