The vacuum brush is mounted on a floating holder and remains in contact with the stock during machining.

The brush is stored in the cabinet next to the DATRON Neo.

Once installed, activate using the suction tab.

Use it primarily for wood and plastics to ensure optimal dust collection.

Fit the pocket of the brush into spindle.

Align the screws to fit into the holder cutouts.

The screws should be facing you.

Tighten the screws to secure the brush

Turn on the suction using the main screen.

The brush should drop down to its working position

The LED on the main screen turns green.

Ensure the brush is either level with or slightly above the tool.

This ensures the particles from machining are effectively captured and removed, preventing buildup on the workpiece and reducing airborne particles.

After machining, keep the door closed and allow the air to run for at least two minutes.

This is to prevent the ejection of harmful particles and aerosols.

Coolant: Air

If a coolant other than air is assigned, the DATRON Neo will issue a warning and prompt a change to air.

Allowed materials: wood, plastics.

Restricted Materials: metals.

A preset minimum distance for the vacuum brush is already configured.
