Accessing Courses
- Navigate to My Courses in the top bar on any Dozuki page to access your assigned courses
- Resume or start your course by clicking the corresponding button
- Courses will explain most of the information necessary to staff the lab, so pay close attention
- The majority of each course must be completed at a computer, with all physical training aspects collated to the end of the course
What Makes Up a Course?
- Courses consist of several individual guides collected, start the guide by clicking the button to the right
- These guides can be in multiple courses and are also created as standalone topics
- Guides are as general as possible to fit the variety of courses they may be a part of
When taking a Course
- Each guide can be accessed individually if a refresher is needed at any point
- Each guide of each course should be accessed in Operator View for the best experience
- Courses with Deliverables in the title must be completed in Operator View
- You will be asked to enter a reference code
- Enter the current date in the form "MM-DD-YYYY"
- If you need to continue progress at a later date, this reference code will need to be entered
- It is not recommended to go follow any linked guides- this will take too long
- If a step links to another dozuki guide, ignore it (eg. "Learn more about XYZ in the XYZ guide")
- If necessary, these linked guides will be presented in logical order through courses
- Most linked guides are simply there as reference material
Finishing a Course with 100% Completion
- Must achieve 100% completion on each guide in order to get “Competency”
- Guides may have "step signoff"
- Complete any tasks present on that step and submit for signoff
- Do NOT click cancel on the following screen, as this will cancel your sign-off request
- To exit the guide, either click exit operator mode or go back to the My Courses menu on Dozuki
- Once your signoff has been approved by staff, you will receive a notification
- You will have to “resume” the guide and click “next” until you reach a screen confirming that you have completed the guide
Recurring Verification
- Dozuki has "Stage Invalidation"
- If a guide that you have previously completed gets a "Major Revision", you will be notified
- You must review the guide again to verify you know the information
- This will be an infrequent occurrence, but it is important to review changes since "Major Revisions" will affect procedures
