Using the hand crank on the left bolt, rotate CCW to allow for adjustment

The table should be able to pivot freely

Move the hand crank to the right bolt

Rotate CW to raise the table and CCW to lower it

Once desired height is reached, tighten the left bolt to lock the table height in place.
